Always trying out new ways to be active, Bre signed up for an Intro to Yoga class in 2008. Throughout the next decade she found herself coming back to yoga again and again for peace, strength, and flexibility. After contemplating teacher training for several years, the pieces fell into place and she completed her training at Down Under School of Yoga in 2019. Bre teaches approachable Flow and Gentle Flow classes. With her love of running she also aims to help athletes add yoga to their repertoire to enhance performance and peace of mind.
Jamie is an Advanced Certified personal trainer who has spent much of his career training college-bound baseball players. A former collegiate ball player himself, Jamie enjoys designing programs that bring out the inner athlete in all of his clients. Jamie is available for private, small group, or team performance training.
